Made sugarless cereal at home today. Was not planning on putting in raisins, but had it in the nut mix I got at store yesterday… recipe adapted from few recipes – rolled oats, mixed nuts (cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds), coconut flakes, almond flour/flakes, cinnamon – bake at 300 degree for 10-15 min.
optional for next time – add walnuts and replace raisin with goji berries
Health eating is a lifestyle! Started a “Whole Food” diet, like a modified whole30 – Whole Foods including dairy, brown rice and natural peanut butter. also, no added sugar and minimal, if any, processed foods. Started drinking about a gallon of water everyday also. Only lost one pound past month but feeling really clear headed and productivity (writing and reading) has been amazing!
